Royal Mail Collection Service(Send A Parcel)

Royal Mail now offers a collection service. A parcel can be collected from your choice of address. Please click here if you would like to use the service.

How long do I have to retrun an item?

60 days, the items must be unworn with all original tags attached and can be retruned for either a refund or exchange.

How do I return an item?

The simpliest way to return an item is using the Royal Mail Collection service mentioned above.

Our returns procedure is on the back of each invoice you receive.

Please complete the ‘Returns Form’ on the back of the invoice.

You can return goods for an exchange or a refund.

Do I need to pay for return postage?

Please put the correct postage on return parcels and we recommend getting proof of postage. If you can’t get to the post office then you can send the item back without any postage on and we will deduct the price of the postage plus the £1.50 Royal Mail handling charge from the cost of the returned item.

Do I need proof of postage?

We would recommend that you obtain a proof of postage.

How will I be refunded?

Your refund will be processed by the same method you paid for your order, this will be processed once we have received them at our offices. We ask that you allow up to 21 days for your account to be credited – but we will work as hard as we can to credit your account before this time.

Exchanging A Return

Additional payment will be needed for exchanges that are higher in value than the returned goods. 

Returns Guarantee

We guarantee to refund or exchange goods if you are not entirely satisfied. We ask only that non-faulty items should be returned unworn and with all original tags attached. Any item returned must be in the same condition it was received. We would like to ask customers to take care when trying on garments. Your statutory rights are not affected.
