With so many of us exercising we thought this question asking for sports bra sizing advice was worth posting about.
One of our customers emailed to ask if she needed a larger back size for her sports bra compared to her everyday bra.
I am looking to buy a sports bra for large size and heavy breasts. Ideally no underwire, am I correct in thinking that I need a back size larger than for my usual bras?
Our response was..... The bra size may alter due to differing brands and also due to the style of the bra but knowing your size and the bra brand that you usually wear will help us make a recommendation.
We would not suggest you go for a band size bigger than your usual size without knowing which bra you would like to try but we are happy to give advice.

For Elomi sports bras we would suggest to go for your usual bra size.

For Glamorise sports bras the same but if you are a double cup size then go for the bigger single size.
