Things to consider if you are short or have a shorter torso.
- Consider the bra straps - are they fully adjustable so you can adjust them to fit your body and where do the straps sit on your shoulders, if they are too long they will not sit correctly.
- Consider the band on your bra. Is the band too deep so the bra doesn't sit correctly under the bust?
- Is your bra underwired? If you are wearing a wired bra - consider the style of bra as low cut styles can have shorter wires so they don't dig in under the arms.

Bra Tips & Recommendations for Shorter Women and Petite Ladies with a Shorter Torso
- Fully adjustable straps - we recommend a bra with fully adjustable straps so that you are able to get the straps to fit comfortably so they don't slip off the shoulder. Often the bra straps are too long if you are shorter or have a shorter torso so having fully adjustable straps means you can adjust them to fit comfortably.
- Bandless bra - we would recommend a bandless style bra is suitable for shorter women. A bandless style means less fabric under the cups. This works well on all body types, especially for those short waisted women with a shorter torso.
- Low cut style bra - we also recommend low cup bras as these bras often have shorter wires so they are perfect for shorter ladies as they are not digging in under arms.
- Plunge bras can sometimes work better for shorter ladies compared to other styles. These bras tend to have less wire in the middle of the breasts.
