Her issues were: "Balconette bras are useless for me, as the straps are set much too wide, so I always choose full cup. But even with full cup bras, I am finding it very difficult to find a bra that has the straps in the right place for my shoulders".

- Consider the bra straps - where do the bra straps come on your body? Some bra straps are set wider than others. If you have narrow shoulders and the straps are set wide then they could slip off your shoulders. If you have experience of bra straps slipping then have a read of our advice to avoid bra straps slipping.
- Also you may have experienced your breasts being pulled sideways, instead of being supported forwards.

Bra Tips For Narrow Shoulders & Larger Breasts
- We would recommend trying a bra where the straps are closer to the neck rather than on the edge of the shoulder.
- Try a racer back bra (leotard back bra) as the straps are held closer to the neck with this back design, so there is less chance of strap slippage.
- Try a bra with a J hook that can make your bra into a leotard back. This design holds the straps in place closer to the neck, so again there is less chance of strap slippage.
- Try a bra with centre pull straps as they help to prevent strap slippage.
