Sister Bra Sizes For 46 Bra Band Size

If you are a 46 bra back size then this blogpost will advise you on sister bra sizes for 46 bra band size. Sometimes your usual bra size doesn`t fit when you try a different bra brand, range or style. So we have put together a size chart to help you find similar bra sizes for you to try.

Have you ever tried on a new bra and found it didn’t fit as well as you’d expected it to? This could happen for any number of reasons, and when this does happen, it’s important to know which other sizes you should try on to get the right fit. This is where sister sizes come in! In this blog, we’ll be guiding you to finding sister bra sizes for a 46 band size.

What Are Sister Bra Sizes?

Sister sizes are the bra sizes that surround your current size. It’s good to know what your sister sizes are, so you can try these on if a new bra doesn’t give you the level of support and comfort you’re used to.

There are many reasons a new bra might not fit. This could be due to trying a different brand, a different style of bra, or it could even be down to the manufacturer. If you do find that a new bra doesn’t fit as you’d expect it to, you may need to try on a different size - a sister size.

How to Find Your Sister Bra Size

So, how will you know which sister bra size you need to choose?

When you’ve located your current bra size on the chart, you’ll be able to read across and discover your sister sizes. There is an option to size up, if the bra you’re trying on feels too small, and an option to size down, if the bra you’re trying on feels too big.

If you go up in band size, you may need to go down in cup size. If you go down in band size, you may need to choose a higher cup size. This is just a guide - please note that sister sizing can be quite complicated as you may need to adjust both the cup size and the band size to get the best fit.

Sister sizes can be other sizes that surround the initial size. Take a look at our example chart based on UK sizing.
