How to Find Your Sister Bra Size

When you’ve identified your current bra size on the chart, you’ll find sister sizes to size up and size down. You can choose which one to try on depending on whether your current bra feels too tight or too loose.

Our general advice is this: if you go up in band size, you may need to go down in cup size. If you go down in band size, you may need to choose a higher cup size.

Please note that this is just a guide. Sister sizing can be quite complicated and you may need to adjust both the cup size and the band size to get the best fit. Sister sizes can be other sizes that surround the initial size. Take a look at our example chart based UK sizing.
