Size Chart: Sister Sizes For 34 Bra Band Size based on UK sizing

This is our sister size chart for a 34 band size. Find your current bra size in the first column, then find out what sister sizes we’d recommend for sizing upwards or downwards.

How To Find Your Sister Bra Size

When you’ve identified your current bra size on the chart, you’ll find sister sizes to size up and size down. You can choose which one to try on depending on whether your current bra feels too tight or too loose.

Our general advice is this: if you go up in band size, you may need to go down in cup size. If you go down in band size, you may need to choose a higher cup size.

Please note that this is just a guide. Sister sizing can be quite complicated and you may need to adjust both the cup size and the band size to get the best fit. Sister sizes can be other sizes that surround the initial size. Take a look at our example chart based on UK sizing.

Available in the colour Grey Marl and comes in back sizes 32-40 F to K cup.

Beauty Minimiser Wired Bra – B521

Ever wanted to look 1 cup size smaller? Then look no further. The Berlei Beauty Minimiser bra does just that. The smooth seamless cup gives the illusion of dropping you one cups size smaller by giving you a rounder shape and instead of pushing you in and forward, separates and pushes you more towards your armpits. Mainly we have two types of sizing UK and EU sizing and this brand Anita falls under the EU sizing which is where you need to be careful as EU sizing doesn’t have double cup sizes so it’s always worth checking the equivalent size you need to be in if you switching from UK to EU sizing or vice versa, Check our size grid here.

The Twin art is a non wired bra which has been designed by the layering of two soft, thin sheets of microfiber fabric which is lovely and delicate on the skin. The smooth cups are great for under t-shirts with slightly padded straps that give all day comfort to the shoulders. Designed with a lovey checked pattern in either Black Grey or Crystal Champagne and comes in sizes 34-44 B to F cup (don’t forget it doesn’t come in double cup sizes)
