Your bra size can change over time and also different bra brands and styles have different cup sizing which can make finding the right bra size that bit more difficult.
Also if you are experiencing discomfort around your breast tissue from wearing your current bra, you may be wearing the wrong bra size and it may be time to remeasure and find a new bra.

The difference between your back size measurement (your initial back measurement) and your bust size measurement will give you your cup size and your correct bra size.
